Yes, of course! I love collaborating with influencers and creators to showcase my artwork. As a special thank you, yes, you can receive a free custom painting! To redeem this offer, order a custom portrait at the regular price (no discounts or promotions apply). Once you've paid for your painting, share your unique referral code with your friends and followers on social media. For every friend or follower who uses your referral code and orders a custom painting from me, you'll receive 10% of the order value back as a credit towards your next purchase. Your friend or follower will also receive a 5% discount on their order. It's a win-win!

What is required to book or order a portrait from you?

After you submit an order form on my website, and we agree on a canvas size and price, and you have sent me the reference photo to approve, I will send you a contract for the portrait order and invoice for a deposit. Once these items have been handled, your order will be added to my queue.

 

 

 

 

 

How long will my portrait take to complete?

The timeline will be determined by my schedule at the time you place your order. I create each portrait by hand, so allow 6-8 weeks for painting and shipping.

 

 

 

 

 

Can I expedite my order?

Absolutely! I tackle each order at a first come, first served basis. If you would like your painting to be completely and shipped earlier than the general deadline, we can discuss an expedited fee. Please include your requested deadline in your inquiry.

Can you paint a picture of my wedding which already happened?

Yes of course! I use professional photos from your wedding as a reference for the painting. I complete the painting in my studio, and then coat it with a protective varnish and ship it directly to you. Depending on your location, I may ship it stretched on the canvas, or if you are international, I will remove the canvas from the stretcher bars (frame) and ship it to you rolled in a tube. 

 

 

 

Can I get a copy of the painting?

Absolutely! I professionally photograph every painting, and you are welcome to order a canvas print of your finished painting. Paper or canvas prints can be made available starting at $40 for your custom portrait.

Do you keep a copyright of the image of my painting?

​

I will retain the copyright and the right to show the piece in my portfolio, and will retain slides/computer files/pictures of it for use in exhibits, competitions, etc, including my website. However, I will agree to maintain the anonymity of the subject if requested. You will be granted a non-exclusive license of the image of your painting so long as you provide Dreaming of your Heartbeat with attribution each time you use it for personal use. Personal use includes, but is not limited to: in photos on your personal social media pages or profiles; or in personal creations, such as a reproduction for a home office or commercial office or other public area.
